I was out late in the afternoon walking on Karragarra Island.  I looked back at Macleay and this is what I saw.  The way the blue sky crashed against the clouds looked foreboding for the weather to come. This is the first in a series of six landscapes looking at Lamb, Macleay, Russel, North Stradbroke and Karragarra Islands.  The water is important to everyone who lives on these islands.  I find the colours in the water and sky in the early morning and afternoon as so inspirational.
