Jubilee Becalmed on Moreton Bay

Mike has his Jubilee out for the start of the Vagabonds race at Tingira Boat Club.  There was no wind and Mike had to be towed by the safety boat from his mooring at Dalpura Beach to the start of the race.  Needless to say, there was no race.  Mike was towed back to his mooring.

This is the fourth in a series of eight landscapes dealing with sailing at Tingira Boat Club, on Macleay Island.   The days, which have three races, are for those people learning to sail.  More experienced mentors, from the club, help the beginners.  I wanted to include as many figures as I could as these mornings are all about the people, boats and having fun.  You can see the big island, Australia, in the distance.  Coochiemudlo Island also features.
